An evening of taste, conviviality and great participation animated the historic Florentine living room, including finger food, confectionery excellence and DJ sets.
Friday, February 6, The Red Jackets hosted the event Fuori di Taste, welcoming guests, industry professionals and enthusiasts in a lively and contemporary atmosphere.
The dinner-aperitif formula with finger food in passing has received great appreciation: the chef Marco Alimena has proposed tastings inspired by the Tuscan tradition, including crumbs — Florentine tapas — reinterpreted in a modern key.
Alongside the kitchen proposals, the contribution of Romualdo Rizzuti has enriched the journey with its finger food creations, while the world of dessert has found expression in the selection of chocolates La Molina and in the preview of Colomba Sacher signed by Loretta Fanella, received with great enthusiasm.
The evening was accompanied by Vallepicciola wines, the distillates of Opificio 77 and a selection from the Tuscan Cigar Club, with a DJ set that helped to make the atmosphere even more engaging.
