The evening’s star will be the wine from Podere Sapaio, a winery located in Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the Bolgheri DOC. Founded in 1999 by Massimo Piccin, Podere Sapaio stands out for its elegant and distinctive wines, the result of a deep respect for the land and a commitment to sustainable viticulture.
During the event, guests will be able to taste the estate’s signature labels, paired with a gourmet selection and crudités designed to enhance their notes and express their identity.
